A monthly active user is any unique visitor who accesses your app at least once during a billing cycle. Multiple visits by the same user within the same cycle are counted as one.
What's the Difference Between Private and Shared Tables?
Shared Tables: Data stored here is accessible to all users of the app. Private Tables: These are user-specific, ensuring that individual users can only view and modify their own data.
How Can I Change or Cancel My Subscription?
You can easily modify or cancel your subscription via our dashboard. The whole process should take no more than three minutes.
Do I Need a Separate Plan for Internal Apps?
Yes. Internal apps are tied to a Team Plan, while external apps are billed separately. To fully utilize the features of an internal app, you'll need to purchase a Team Plan.
